We live in the area being eyed by Devimco for the new “lifestyle centre” and would very much like to participate in preventing this type of development in an area that has potential to be so much more than a shopping concourse.

I’m originally from Alberta and know all too well just what a blight these ubiquitous box store malls are on the landscape – culturally, environmentally, aesthetically, etc. To put one of these in a downtown area, especially of a city like Montreal, would be a disaster.
