We live in the area being eyed by Devimco for the new &quot;lifestyle centre&quot; and would very much like to participate in preventing this type of development in an area that has potential to be so much more than a shopping concourse.]]></description>

I&#039;m originally from Alberta and know all too well just what a blight these ubiquitous box store malls are on the landscape - culturally, environmentally, aesthetically, etc. To put one of these in a downtown area, especially of a city like Montreal, would be a disaster.
